Heat Seal Lacquer is a solvent based heat-sealable lacquer for PS / PET / PVC. This lacquer is applied on aluminum foil, the converted foil is known as lidding foil which is finally used to make easy peelable lids in die cut form of required shape and size. Can be heat sealed to plastic, paper, glass or metal containers and used for yogurt, juice, snacks, confectionery or similar products.

Release Lacquer is a solvent based air drying lacquer. It is used in the production of transfer foil. First Pet film is coated with Release Lacquer and then printed with the required design which is to be transferred to substrates like Pet Bottles, PP materials (Containers and Jars).

UV Primer is a solvent based air drying lacquer to be coated on substrates like Met Pet Film or Met BOPP Film so that UV curable inks can be printed on top of it. UV Primer facilitates adhesion between UV curable inks and the above mentioned substrates to enhance print quality.

Glossy OP Medium is a solvent based coating to be coated on Matt BOPP Film for getting glossy appearance and overprintability. Toluene free version of this product is also available.

Matt Lacquer is a solvent based matt coating to be coated on PET / PVC and BOPP film. This can be used completely on the printed surface or registered areas. Toluene free version of this product is also available.

White Lamination Adhesive 2K 1501 with Hardener HR 75 is a two component solvent-borne cross-linking pigmented polyurethane adhesive system suitable for flexible packaging industry.
White Lamination adhesive 2K 1501 / Hardener HR 75 is an “all-round” white pigmented adhesive system for medium performance applications of film/film, film/Paper and film / aluminum applications. This system has been specially designed to over-come low bonding and speckling problems encountered by various laminators while converting white ink printed laminates.
White Lamination Adhesive 2K 1501/Hardener HR 75 is best economical option for laminates which contain more than 40% area covered with white.

Two Pack Epoxy Lacquer is a solvent based, air-drying two component lacquer, is suitable for leakproofing of barrels, drums and general line cans meant for packing pesticides, brake fluids, mild solvents,motor oils and grease etc.

Antirust is an solvent based, air-drying single component lacquer, used by metal can manufacturers for application on the welding joint from outside to provide a protective coating to prevent any possible rusting problem due to exposure to moisture or high degree of pores in tin surface. The product is based on selected resins, solvents and additives to give protection on the welded joints.

Leakproof Lacquer is a solvent based, air-drying one component lacquer, used by metal can manufacturers for reworking of leaky containers on line. It can be used in containers meant for packing mild solvent based paints, water based paints, oil bound distempers, enamels, motor oils, grease and other allied products.

Side Strip Lacquer is an solvent based, air-drying single component lacquer, used by metal can manufacturers for application on the welding joint from inside to provide a protective coating to prevent any possible leakage/ seepage of the contents to be filled in, along with protecting the side seam from rust / corrosion etc. The product is based on selected raw materials to give good bonding on both bare as well as lacquered cans and therefore can be used for tin cans meant for variety of products like baby foods, edible oil, ghee, vanaspati and pharmaceutical products. The product is completely safe for use in cans meant for above mentioned packaging.

Polyester Lamination Inks are solvent based inks specially designed for the gravure reverse printing method. These inks cannot be used for surface printing where heat resistance is required. Polyester Lamination Inks has been formulated in order to have an ink with wide range of use in flexible packaging. Generally we suggest that proper heating after printing is required in order to get good adhesion and to avoid solvent retention. It has excellent transparency and brightness for halftone printing.

Flexo HDPE Inks are solvent based inks specially designed for surface printing on non-woven surface. These inks have good gloss, scuff resistance and have adhesion on the untreated surfaces.

Flexo Poly Inks are solvent based inks specially designed for flexographic printing method. These inks can also be used for gravure printing method. Flexo Poly Inks has been formulated in order to have an ink with wide range of use in flexible packaging. Generally we suggest that proper heating after printing is required in order to get good adhesion, good gloss which is good for surface printing. Also these inks have excellent brightness.

BOPP LAM Inks have been formulated to offer excellent printing and adhesion on BOPP film under varying press conditions and gives excellent adhesive lamination with foil , MET Polyester paper and board to satisfy the need of a variety of packaging application.

HR BOPP Inks have been formulated to give excellent adhesion on treated BOPP / Coextruded Polypropylene film and sharp printing at various printing speeds. This can be printed by Flexo and Gravure process. As the ink shows moderate gloss it can be further improved by overcoat. The inks have good scuff heat and fat resistance and also free from residual odour. These are suitable for surface printing for food packaging.

GR Poly Inks have been formulated for Flexo / Gravure printing satisfying the demand of high gloss and high printing strength. Gr Poly Inks can be printed on wide range of films, aluminium foils, papers and boards. These substitutes are treated polyethylene, treated polypropylene, MST, PT, Polyester, PVC etc.

Two Pack Poly ARSR Inks offer good adhesion on treated Polyethylene film to qualify alkali resistance and soap resistance test making it suitable for detergent packing. Two Pack Poly ARSR Inks offer excellent gloss and good adhesion on treated Polyethylene film.
